SUMMARY:All Guild Winter Holiday Party
DESCRIPTION:This year’s party will include all of our regular activities including: “Show & Tell”\, yet another STAR project; an optional gift exchange; and a marvelous potluck lunch. We traditionally take up a collection for the Food Banks of SLO and Santa Barbara Counties. Bring your check book or a little cash. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nTHINGS TO BRING: Something for Show & Tell\, your favorite holiday potluck dish to share. Please bring your own place setting including handwoven place mat and/or napkin if you have them. \nFOR THE STAR PROJECT: Bring a pen; scissors; red\, green and white embroidery floss & needle. Optional: Other colors of floss; beads in holiday colors with needle and beading thread. Don’t forget your glasses if you need them! Everything else will be provided. \nOPTIONAL GIFT EXCHANGE: Bring a modest wrapped gift; something handmade or useful to a weaver or spinner. Please keep these simple and handmade if possible. \nLOCATION: Bayshore Village Community Room.  The Google Map below will get you to Bayshore Village\, but follow the inset map to see where the party is on the property. \nDetailed directions:  Bayshore Village is located off Main Street in Morro Bay\, just outside Morro Bay State Park. Enter the complex at Main St. and Bayshore Drive (across from the end of Kern Ave.) Take the first right onto Sandpiper Lane and follow it around to find parking behind the clubhouse (marked with a Star) or along Bayshore Drive. Guest parking is limited; please try to carpool with friends. \n\n\n\n
