SUMMARY:John Marshall Indigo Dying Workshop
DESCRIPTION:“INDIGO” with John Marshall. We will spend three\ndays with John sharing his knowledge of the dye plant and how we can use the\ncolorant in several different ways on cloth.\nThe workshop will be held outdoors in Else Drengler’s garden\, Arroyo Grande.\nThere are no preparations for the class but basic materials like gloves\, some\nbuckets and a pop-up shades will be required and a list will be sent to\nparticipants closer to the date. \nContact Patricia Martin (patwove@aol.com) if you are interested in the\nworkshop. A list is forming and a drawing for 12 spots will happen at the May\nThursday meeting. If one of those chosen is unable to make it\, a “second-\nchance” drawing will occur in September. \nFee: $495.
