DESCRIPTION:A memorial and celebration of life for Jannie Taylor will be held at the Strawbale Barn February 1st at 2 PM. \nPlans are still being worked out\, but I wanted to let everyone know the time and date as soon as possible.\nThe details are evolving and may change\, but so far we are thinking that as Jannie loved our Pot Luck tradition\, we would ask guild members to bring a snack like food\, finger foods\, sweets.  Tea and Coffee will be provided.  We can position the Torso manikins around the room and have shelf space available for those of us that have items Jannie wove and want to share them. DESCRIPTION:The first meeting of the Study Group will be next month\, Thursday February 20th. The Study Group was of special importance to Jannie and I know she would want it to be on going\, so please be thinking about how you would like the Study Group to proceed. Who will take leadership\, it could be one person or shared among two or more. What topics would you like to study?\nIs there anything you want to add or change?  I will send out a link to zoom a couple of days before in February and we will take it from there. \nAnd just as a reminder\, Study Group is opened to every member of our guild\, beginning weaver to advanced\, the first couple of months anyone can join in and it is open enrollment\, after that you can decide if you want to stay in and study the chosen topic. \nThank you all!  From D’Elin \n
