Our October meeting will be a hybrid meeting.  We will meet in person at the United Methodist Church in San Luis Obispo, 1515 Fredericks St, 93405 and all members will receive a Zoom invitation a few days before the meeting.  Our program, “PLAITED TWILLS” will be presented by Karen Donde via Zoom.  Plaited Twills are patterns in which parallel diagonal twill lines intersect with lines going in the opposite direction so they appear to be interwoven. This presentation will explain how to weave plaited twills on a double two-tie twill threading, share design techniques for plaited twill patterns, and illustrate how to create vastly different designs by weaving these threadings as turned supplementary weft weaves.  More Info Here.
