This month our meeting will be held from 10 am to 2 pm at the home of Becky Elwood, 7720 Graves Creek Road in Atascadero.  At this outdoor event, Becky will lead us through the steps of Wet Felting to create generous, curved pieces using balloons.  Bring fiber that will felt if you have it.
